Jin Roh Oil Test

This was my first attempt at drawing simulated oils. It's a translation of a frame from Jin-Roh the Wolf Brigade. I was thinking of that movie a lot when I was drawing this. At the time of writing I still am. It's a little messy but a lot of people said this looks like an animation cel which I guess is the goal?
